Australophyllias need a middle light zone, a strong, changing current, which must never be directed directly at the animal.
Besides the zooxanthellae, it also lives from catching plankton, i.e. small usable food particles.
Several times a week, Fauna Marin LPS Food Grow + Color is added to these LPS corals with frost food directly with tweezers or Fauna Marin ReefBuster.
Australophyllia wilsoni was formerly known as Symphyllia.
