Several frags of these corals are available. The corals differ only slightly in shape, but similar in size. You will receive a frag similar to the coral depicted in the photo of the same mother colony.

    Euphyllia sp.
  • Common: Torch Coral
  • Origin:
Indonesia, Australia, Marschall-Islands, Papua New Guinea, Red Sea, Samoa
  • Size:
    up to 10 cm
  • Temperature:
    75.2 °F - 80.6 °F (24°C - 27°C)
  • Feeding:

Eyphyllias can also be placed further down the aquarium as they do not require high light. No direct current, like all Euphyllia species, rather little to medium, but quite varied.

Euphyllia sting other corals near by so it would be advised to keep room to other corals.
Anemonefish also like to use them as an anemone substitute.

Euphyllia don't need additional feeding, but grows better and colors up nicer with regular feeding of Fauna Marin LPS Grow + ColorCoral DustCoral Sprint or Ocean Plankton.

At Fauna Marin Corals you will regularly find the following Euphyllia species:

Euphyllia ancora
Euphyllia cristata
Euphyllia divisa
Euphyllia glabrescens
Euphyllia paraancora
Euphyllia paradivisa
Euphyllia paraglabrescens
Euphyllia yaeyamaensis
